We present the “Roadmap course for cultural transformation” in the UPF

On Wednesday, April 30, the CSIM celebrated at the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) the “Roadmap for cultural transformation” course session, an initiative aimed at accompanying companies in the real estate sector in their processes of organizational change and adaptation to the new environment.

The session, which was attended by some 20 partners of the cluster, was led by our human partner software. During the meeting, the main objectives and phases of the course were shared, which include from the definition of the ideal purpose and culture to the design of new organizational structures and the development of transformative leadership.

The program addresses four key axes:

Definition of objectives and organizational culture.

Structure and organization aligned with the challenges of the sector.

Change of mentality: development of leaders promoting change.

Loyalty of talent and individual transformation.

The course will take place throughout several sessions between May and June 2025, combining face -to -face workshops in the UPF with online sessions, and is designed to offer practical tools that facilitate the cultural evolution of organizations in the sector.
