Yesterday, the CSIM organized an innovative workshop led by Xènia Robert Abad from Innomads Proptech Hub, an innovation hub specialized in proptech that brings together companies and organizations in the sector to promote innovative and sustainable development.
In this context of innovation, Innomads presented us with a methodology designed to transform and address cultural change in organizations, with the aim that it can later be applied to each of our partners' companies and their teams.
The methodology, called 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗯 (𝗜𝗻𝗻ovation, 𝗜𝗺𝗮gination, and 𝗻exus), is designed to create a collaborative and creative work environment. This approach allows each employee to propose ideas to solve problems or improve aspects of the organization.
In essence, it establishes a 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 space to foster innovation and creativity from within through projects that they themselves lead. As a result, employee satisfaction and commitment increase, while the organizational culture is strengthened.
"Everything is based on believing in your team's talent. The big fear of companies is changing the leadership style, the feeling of not being in control, but we have seen that when you give this control to your team, the team is empowered," commented Ariadna Vidal Feliu, Director of Corporate Development at Anzizu.
Fincas Anzizu, a company recognized as a benchmark in the real estate sector with more than 100 years of history, has already applied the methodology for some time and today they witness the qualitative change in their teams. Vidal added excitedly: "They are the same people, they just shine more" ✨
This is confirmed by Natàlia Biel, part of the founding team of the Lab at Anzizu. Biel highlighted: "There is a lot of hidden talent, many people have hobbies that come out naturally when they can translate them into solutions for their work problems. The Lab has given us the opportunity to express ourselves and to be able to do everything from celebrating employees' birthdays to creating a new intranet for the teams."
What a learning experience we have enjoyed today at the workshop. We want to thank Xènia Robert Abad for the presentation, Ariadna Vidal Feliu and Natàlia Biel for sharing their experiences, and the attendees for being part of the change.
