The New Innovation Commission of the Cluster de Servicios Inmobiliarios has been created to work on the different strategic lines of the Cluster in the field of innovation.

During the first part of the meeting, the partner companies presented the different innovation actions that they are carrying out in their respective organizations to answer the following questions:

• How is innovation being worked from your organizations?
• How should the CSIM work on innovation? In what areas?

The importance of innovation for companies throughout the Real Estate services value chain was confirmed as a lever to evolve their business models and respond to the current and future challenges of the sector.

A participatory debate began on the impact of innovation on companies in the real estate sector and on the possibility of collaboration offered by a Cluster ecosystem as added value to the individual action of each of the companies.

Some of the main conclusions of the Innovation commission session were:

• Motivate cultural change within organizations as a premise for innovation.
• The cultural change of a company for innovation must start with its managers.
• Innovate by putting the customer at the center of decisions.
• Technology is not the end, but should serve as a tool to be more disruptive.
• Collaboration as a differential factor of the CSIM to offer added value to the services. Also alliances in the field of knowledge and projects shared with other Clusters.

Finally, Marta Pujal as Innovation & Hub Direction of Innomads, explained the value proposition of Innomads for the innovation of companies in the sector through proptech and some projects carried out to date.
