🤖 InnovationLab: a new space for innovation in real estate management

Naia Vivanco,

This morning, we celebrated the first day of InnovationLab, an initiative driven by the CSIM cluster in collaboration with ENLACE.

This innovation laboratory has been designed to identify and address the main challenges of the real estate sector, connecting property managers with tech startups and innovation experts. The goal is to transform community management through innovative and collaborative solutions.

The event took place at Bernadí Hub in Barcelona and gathered nearly twenty property managers, whose participation was key in this initial phase.

The day began with the presentation of InnovationLab, led by Patrícia Remiro Remiro, Cluster Manager of CSIM, and Marc Ollé Moreno, co-founder of ENLACE, who introduced the project and outlined the different phases that will be developed.

Next, Marta Pallarés Fontán, Head of Sales, presented Zenova, an innovative platform designed to centralize the management of utilities and invoices, optimizing both efficiency and sustainability in the real estate sector.

Zenova has established itself as a success story, demonstrating how technology can streamline manual processes, improve productivity, and effectively address a real need in the sector. During her presentation, Pallarés shared the project's trajectory and detailed the innovative solutions it offers to optimize community management.

The session continued with a collaborative workshop in small groups, where participants identified and discussed the main challenges they face in their daily work.

Once identified, these challenges were presented, shared, and prioritized, with the goal of introducing them to innovative agents in the next phase.

The goal of InnovationLab and the next phase of the project is to find technological solutions that address these pressing needs and contribute to the evolution of the sector.

With this initiative, CSIM reaffirms its commitment to innovation, promoting projects that drive more efficient and forward-thinking management.
