THE REAL ESTATE SERVICES CLUSTER (CSIM) PRESENTS ITS ACTION PLAN IN THE FIRST FACE-TO-FACE EVENT WITH A LARGE ATTENDANCE OF INVITED COMPANIES
In what has been the first face-to-face public event after different convocations carried out electronically, those responsible for the CSIM as well as different from their companies, they have made it known to the whole real estate sector that This is the CSIM and what are its objectives as a transversal platform for the entire value chain of the sector to face the challenges of the future. In addition, and what has been most interesting, they have explained the actions of the cluster that are already being carried out with the aim of acting in a strategic way.
The event brought together a good number of invited companies and was held on Thursday, November 11, 2021 in the Ferrer & Ojeda, under the organization of the Flan de Coco agency. At the presentation of the event highlighted the fact that the Real Estate Services Cluster addresses all actors in the sector in a broad sense, since the objective is to integrate the entire value chain from real estate field to, therefore, achieve a cooperative work totally transversal. Why? all the attendees who are not yet part of the cluster could get a clear idea of the advantages of being part of it, not only were the objectives and operation of the CSIM explained, but that also the specific work already underway, carried out based on the conclusions to which it has already been reached through the different working groups, which have carried out their activity throughout the last months.
It was an event with numerous interventions by some of the members of the current CSIM, so as responsible for Cluster Development, an entity that is providing support both at an organizational level and at the level of setting guidelines when identifying the main challenges in the sector, thus how to establish in detail all the strategic actions to be developed. Ultimately, as explained by those responsible for Cluster Development, “you need to understand how it is changing the client, what does the competition and, accordingly therefore, define which strategies we will carry out to, finally, have an action plan.
As for the specific actions at a strategic level, the CSIM already has begun the first steps to carry out a large and in-depth market study on consumer characteristics. In this way it will be possible to have a vision objective of current and future needs and, therefore, offer a better service. On the other hand, also explained the fact that the CSIM is working on the development of the role of the rehabilitation agent, an important business focus for the present and the future of the sector.
The meetingó focused on inviting all attendees to be part of the cluster, a tool that, as explained by its general manager Emiliaà Vidal, “today is enough to face the uncertainty of the near future. It is the will to work on the challenges of the future, which cannot be successfully faced individually. We are looking for a collaboration space. and transversality that included the entire value chain of the real estate sector. This is This is the CSIM.
In short, what was the first face-to-face event of the CSIM made it possible to check the strengths of a platform that, although young, is not only consolidatingotherwise which is beginning to show its full potential thanks to the presentation of a solid plan of action and in the visualization of his way with the first strategic actions that are already being carried out.
