CSIM STRATEGIC VISITS: SCHINDLER ON “KNOW HOW” AND GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES

On February 2, the second CSIM Strategic Visit to key companies in the value chain of the real estate ecosystem took place to learn about their organization and good business practices.

This time, the CSIM partners had the opportunity to visit the offices of the new Schindler Iberia headquarters located in the Alcobendas business centre in Madrid, where the company's management team presented some of the company's key data:

  • Operational organization of the company.
  • Organization of the human team.
  • Value proposition of the company (pyramid of values).
  • The new elevator regulations and their impact on the communities of owners.

During the session, they visited the TOC Remote Assistance Centre, where all the company's elevators are controlled in real time and where data analysis allows important predictions to optimize maintenance. From there, all possible data from the elevators is received and diagnostics of their status are carried out in real time, which allows predictive maintenance to be carried out. This information is passed on to technicians who will be able to fix the problem more quickly.

The day ended from the heights of the Emperor Tower equipped with the latest Schindler technology elevators and they enjoyed a networking lunch with exceptional views of the city.
