CSIM CREATIVE WORKSHOP

During the Co-creation phase of the Market Study of the Communities of Owners, on January 24, the members of the CSIM participated in the creative Workshop "Designing the services of the communities of the future" where they reflected on the role of the Property Administrator of the future and built concrete proposals on new services to be developed for the Communities of the future.

Digitization, Building sensorization, Preventive maintenance, Professionalization, Cross information and Training, are some of the ideas that were developed during the session by working groups.

As the last phase of the Market Study of the Communities of Owners, this workshop completes the last phase of the collaborative project on trends and new services to be developed in the real estate sector.
