Yesterday morning, around fifty members had the opportunity to visit Housfy's offices in Barcelona, the platform that encompasses the first home services ecosystem in all of Europe.
The visit began with a tour of the facilities, followed by a series of presentations in the company's auditorium, highlighting Housfy's journey. Despite being only seven years old, it is already in the consolidation phase and has acquired important companies in the real estate sector.
"Our sector is one of the largest in the world, but it is very fragmented," explained the CEO, Albert Bosch. "At Housfy, we not only aim to create an ecosystem that facilitates the entry of new partners, but we also want to offer a complete portfolio of services to cover all the needs that may arise throughout the life of a property, placing the customer at the center."
During the presentations, emphasis was also placed on building brand image, the disruption caused upon entering the market, and the company's core values. "We are persistent; we are convinced that sooner or later things will work out. If not on the first try, or the second, it will be on the third," Bosch affirmed.
Meanwhile, Ferran Lopez highlighted technology as a central pillar of Housfy's business model: "The key to our success is technology, as we have no constraints holding us back." The Catalan company has committed to digital support and making processes as agile as possible.
Additionally, there was discussion about the growth strategy through the acquisition of companies that already have established teams and processes, which facilitates local establishment. One example is Finques Feliu, which has experienced significant organic growth within the Housfy ecosystem in just one year.
Joan Maria Feliu, managing partner of Finques Feliu, emphasized the culture and values within the organization: "Innovation is part of Housfy's DNA because quality is non-negotiable. With a standard service, you won't sell anything."
This visit allowed attendees to gain first-hand insight into the strategy and culture of innovation that have positioned Housfy as a benchmark in the digital real estate market.
