Last Thursday, CSIM held its first Best Practices Breakfast, an initiative designed to create spaces for exchange and learning among companies in the sector. This first edition focused on Human Resources and Talent Management.
The session brought together a small group of professionals who shared real experiences on recruitment, retention and leadership. The discussion provided an opportunity to highlight both the practices that are delivering positive results and the challenges and questions that still remain in an increasingly competitive environment.
The conclusion was clear: talent retention does not depend on a single action, but on the consistent combination of organizational culture, leadership, value proposition and day-to-day coherence.
Key topics discussed included attracting talent in highly competitive markets, the real impact of flexibility, the importance of onboarding processes, the strategic role of middle management, and the need to create effective feedback spaces.
Rather than a formal presentation, the session unfolded as an open and honest dialogue between companies with a shared goal: turning collective reflection into concrete actions to strengthen the sector.
Next session: Marketing and Communication
The next Best Practices Breakfast will take place on April 9, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, and will focus on Marketing and Communication.
Places are limited and the event is exclusively for members.
