In this second work session of the Rehabilitation Project together with Fundació Europace, the action plan for the implementation and operation of the Office will be addressed.

The office has a clear objective: to encourage and promote rehabilitation and maintenance, with a special focus on energy rehabilitation of buildings, and giving personalized and comprehensive support to all companies associated with CSIM.

Through this office, the current barriers that hinder the rehabilitation of buildings will be addressed and overcome, finding effective and sustainable solutions to improve properties.

It is essential to have the participation of representatives of each sector since each perspective can contribute to creating a unique and functional space for all.
